Hey guys, sorry it’s been so long, my internet has been down for a long time and I can’t use my school computers to go on blogger, it’s blocked it! Not much has changed, I got a new pet to add to my menagerie. It’s an axolotl, look it up online guys, and his name is Edward. He eats bloodworms (eeeew) and lives in a roomy tank where he wanders about all day and all night. Pickle, my rabbit, has a new favourite food- cables! Not very practical… he’s broken my Playstation, my DVD player and my mum’s laptop cable. My budgie Snowy is being AWFUL. When you try to stroke him, he tries to chop off your finger. I swear he hates me the most. I’ve not touched him in six months, because if I come within two metres of him he threateningly stretches out to cut a chunk out of my hand. He poops on our TV and our carpet, EVERYWHERE. One word. Vile.

Hey readers! Not been on in a while, had HUGE piles of homework! GUESS WHAT???? I won a Cathy Cassidy writing competition! The theme of the comp was 'dreams', and I wrote a story which you can see on the website, http://www.cathycassidy.com/. My prize was a fabby notebook which is GINORMOUS to write in all of my own stories, along with a pen, stickers and a big paper clip with a big skull on it, decorated with flowers.

Cathy Cassidy is my all time favourite author, and I managed to get an interview from her! For all you wannabe writers, read her books and read this, because it really does help! She did this exclusively for my blog!

Hey dooodes! The snow was just falling in sheets, yet we are still forced to go to that hellhole called school, ha ha. At least it is the weekend now, and it does feel nice when putting your foot into the crisp white blanket. An entire month of snow now, joy joy joy. At least you can feel the real spirit of winter in it, and have lots of fun rolling down hills.
I am entering another writing competition now,and booooy it's a big one! I gotta write at least 40,000 words, and the story must be set in Scotland. That's good, as I live here! I haven't got much so far, but I will give you all an update as soon as possible!
I am going swimming with my best friend later whom I have not seen in many months. I have known her since I was two years old and so we are never stuck for conversation!

Hey, guys! I've not been blogging in ages, and I must express my complete remorse for those of you who are regular visitors to here, only to find the same, boring, old posts every time. I suppose it has been because of the time of year. Christmas this, New Year that, it is very rewarding but also very tiring. I would be most grateful to here of your wonderful gifts and celebrations that you recieved and rejoiced this year, from the surprise to finding a spider hanging over your head on Christmas morning, getting the bigger half of the wish bone, or waking up to find someone has splashed out on a brand new laptop for you. I must say that I had an absolutely fantastic Christmas. I recieved many wonderful gifts, from chocolates to clothes, music to films. Sitting down to the wonderous feast that my parents had slaved over in the kitchen for hours making, with my special recipe of Chocolate Roulade for dessert, was delightful. Just being able to chat and scoff your face and laugh and have a good time with nobody stopping you is brilliant. Afterwards, we had a kip in front of the television with my new film, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince blaring in the background. (May I add that that was a fantastic film, but a little slow adding to the big finish, which didn't really turn out so big!) I had a lovely time, and I hope that next year will be the same.

Sorry all, been really busy what with it being the Summer Holidays and I've not been blogging at all!

Has anyone seen the new Harry Potter film? I thought it was amazing, so like the book, I cried at the end! Only Tonks and Lupin are in the book a lot more, and it is Tonks that finds Harry in the train once he has taken a beating from Malfoy, but Luna I think is really cute! She's so sweet and kind and always knows what to say to anyone to make them feel better, though half of the school think she is a loony. Loony Lovegood. Aww. The actors and actresses are so much older now too! Got views on it? Just leave a comment with your url and I'll give you a mention on my site and have a look at yours!

Summer!

Here it is hot, hot, hot! Like, crazy hot. Tropical hot, as some would say. But believe me, I live very far from the tropics. So everyone is sitting flapping their magazines to cool themselves down, showering and one of my friends even shoved an ice cube down her back! Red faces: Soooo not a good look! My stuffy car is cooler than outside, and that is saying something.

I'll end on a good point, though. It's the summer holidays tomorrow!

High School Musical is getting a bit too far now, isn't it? It's never-ending! If they had a good storyline like Harry Potter it would be okay, but it's getting too boring. I couldn't last watching the whole of the third!

Reading!

I adore reading. It is probably my greatest hobbies, and least the one I do most! I read all sorts of books, but I prefer the ones which are based on reality. The best reality ones are from Cathy Cassidy and Jacqueline Wilson. I've read all of the Cathy Cassidy books and they are amazing. She is my favourite author.

The pages of ink may bore some, but I find myself unable to stop after one word. Reading inspires me to write, and I hope to turn out like some of the best-selling authors there are.

Mrs McKenna

People who haven't met me, you probably won't have met Mrs McKenna. She is lovely. So cheerful, happy and wonderful. That kind of rare person who you can just meet and consider a friend. A person who smiles at strangers and laughs at jokes which aren't funny, just to make the teller feel happy inside. Well, I suppose I should start using the past tense now. Mrs McKenna was a great person, and her memory will remain in the hearts of all who grew to love her and care for her.

Mrs McKenna was born in Edinburgh in 1959. I'd only known her five years but I know from a young age she must have been the most smiley person alive. She was a big fan of chocolate - I can remember when I got her Maltezers for Chrismas and she said she'd try not to finish them before the end of Advent! She loved music, homemade soup, movies, the colour purple, car boot sales, A Little Princess and, of course, more chocolate! She also loved her friends, family, workmates and the children she looked after at school. I can vividly remember the time she threw her finished apple core behind her and it hit another learning assistants head! She was so kind that all of those who can remember her will have to fight back the tears of her memory, and know that she will look down on us and she wouldn't want us to be sad but to think of all of the good times that she had with us.

Mobile - Everyone wants a mobile. You can chat to your friends and your mum will know you're safe. But you could live without it.
Food - Everyone needs food. It gives us energy, and it stops us from being cranky (BONUS!) so make sure you lick clean your plate and don't take it for granted. Some people don't have it. You can't live without it.
Water - Everyone needs water. We can die quicker without fluids than without solids. Some people have water but it's dirty and can kill if drank. It needs to be clean. You can't live without it.
Skinny Jeans - Everyone wants skinny jeans. They're trendy, gorgeous and shows off a lovely figure.
Shelter - Everyone needs shelter. It keeps you warm at night and out of any bad weather, and keeps you clean. Homeless people can die from the heat, cold and uncleanliness.
Loreal lippy - Everyone wants the latest lippy. Full lips = DIVINE! But health is more than beauty.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all got plenty of Easter eggs. How many did you get? I got five. It's not alot, and I'll probably have it all finished within a matter of days, but I am thankful all the same because I know someone spent their money and time to go out and get the eggs and be kind to me, so that makes every last bite of chocolate worth while.

I didn't do so much on Easter Sunday but I met my friend Ryan just after dinner, yummy turkey mince! The day before Easter I went out for a meal with my family which was very enjoyable. I had roast chicken covered in bacon, with string beans and potatoes on one big plate all for me and I savoured every spoonful because it tasted so delicious. It's weird, everything tastes nicer when you are away from home. (No offence to my mum and dads' cooking because it is brilliant!) I don't know why, maybe it is just the change.

I have to go. I'm sorry today, my Easter entry, wasn't too exciting and Easter-ish but normal me, random. I hope you all finish your celebrations well.

Hey all, Lauren here!
Well, I’m also known as Laur, Lauz, Lauzzy, etc... But Lauren is best because it tells me I’m me!

What for my birthday this year: A ghost tour party, a bowling party or BBQ? Good friends are invited, but only special friends get to stay afterward...:D! Help me choose!

My style is natural. I don’t care what I wear and how I look because underneath matters most – my friend told me that after someone damaged my self-esteem but I’m all good now because I don’t care anymore and I have friends who mean the world to me and don’t backstab, gossip or put me down!

How To Make A Good Sleepover (For Two)

You will need:

Two sleeping bags
Five cushions
A bag of sweets (or two)
Chocolate
Hot cocoa
A chick flick , romance or gruesome horror
Tissues (If your planning on droning over boys or watching a sob romance!)

Computer/Laptop [&] Internet

How to begin

Get changed into your PJs if you're not planning on going out, even if it is four in the afternoon!
Lay out the beds. Make everything neat but the cushions - Scatter them in a big pile.
Sit with a magazine for half an hour and talk about how gorgeous Orlando Bloom is or how disgusting Lily Allen looked at the premier of Lilys' Life! and look at the friends problem pages and make up your own solutions, since yours are the best coz' you are the best friends ever! You can have some nibbles there if your hungry, and keep the music loud.
Make up a crazy dance routine to the new Rihanna song everyone is crazy about to show off to the evil girls at school who think they are everything!
Dares. If one of the evil girls live in your street, think up some pranks to pull on them in your pyjamas! Or do a call saying your from StarTV! and you want her to appear on the catwalk and see if she believes it!
Dig out the laptop and sit writing a friendship entry to your Blogger blog, including your review on your fantabulous sleepover, and log on to MSN to chat to your crush/other best friend. If it's your crush, act super cute and nice to see if there's anymore gossip you can think of tonight! If it's your other bezzie, don't show off about your sleepover and say stuff like 'I wish you were here!'
If you have followed the instuctions to now, it will probably be quite late. Sneak downstairs to grab some goodies and make two hot cocoas then switch on your movie! If it's a sad one, have a snuffle with the tissues you prepared!
Get back on the laptop and surf the net. Find out what's happening next on Hollyoaks, see what's going on with Robert Pattinson, search funny videos on YouTube and update your online profile! If your crush is on MSN, keep him up late!
Turn the lights low and bring out the torch for some seriously spooky stories! Maybe it will be about the rumoured ghost girl who wanders your school halls, or the man who is always seen at the dead of night right outside your house...BOO!
Chat. Best not about other people, but what starts in the sleepover stays in the sleepover!
Carry on what you've been taught and see how late you can stay up!

Do you get that wonderful warm feeling inside when you have just done something nice for someone? Like if your friend has been feeling quite down in the dumps and you organise a surprise sleepover/party for her? (I've never done that but now I think about it, it sounds fun!) That's what I feel like sometimes. Like yesterday, I just fixed my printer after ages of trying to work out how, and I was so happy because now it won't only be me who benifets from it, it will be everyone who prints stuff off. I know this is kind of a random way of explaining this feeling but it's the truth to me.

I enjoy organising events for charity. In fact, I love it! Last year I organised an event for Children in Need and since then, I've been unable to stop! In June, I am doing a sponsored walk for BHF which will be great fun because I'm going to have all of my friends and family around and we'll support each other. I'm hoping to raise at least £100 pounds.

You know how Dogs Trust say, 'It's not just for Christmas, it's for life' at Advent time? I'm doing an event for them at that time with that theme! A dog theme. I need help, though! I don't know what to do. I've got one idea: Dog Walking. Can anyone think of anymore? Leave me a comment to tell me, please!

Hey there, thanks for checking out my blog!

I'm kind of new to blogging, so I'll need a chance to get used to this, because all I'm really familiar with is my diary!

I guess I'll start with thanks to MizzHannah. Her site is www.mizzhannah.blogspot.com and I'll tell you now, her site is great! She helped me creat this blog and she was very swift with it too; I left her a comment and asked if she could make an entry about how to do a blog, and it was done within a matter of hours! She's the person I thank the most. She's set the standard high!
